I have personally practiced the simple exercises along with yoga to stay fit and look good. Being 24 years of age, i came across some really good and easily performed exercises which kept our Indian sages in good health till the end of their lives. For all the beginners, this will really help. The most basic one is pranayama which is about breathe-in and breathe-out,only through nostrils. First close one nostril and breathe from the other one. Hold on for a few seconds before you breathe out. These 3 steps should be done in ratio of 1:2:1. Suppose you take 3 seconds to breathe in ,so hold the air for 6 seconds then breathe out for 3 seconds. Repeat this 9-10 times once you get up in the early morning, i bet you will feel much better and your mind will be charged up. This helps fight stress, heart diseases, better memory and lots of other benefits.

Ever wondered how magical water can be for your body? No? If you develop a habit of drinking 2 glasses of water every morning before you brush your teeth, you will feel really good about yourself. I bet you will have no constipation, no headaches,or fever in future.
